RESIDENTIAL THERAPIST

Linda Hafoka

Linda Hafoka is a residential therapist at West Ridge Academy. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she went on to pursue her Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Utah college of Social Work. She is currently in the process of becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

She enjoys the adolescent focus of therapy and sets a super example to create safety among her clients, decrease any problematic behaviors and feelings, relieve their feelings of isolation, and establish strong peer connections.

Originally from the beautiful islands of Tonga, Linda enjoys and celebrates much of her rich culture with those she associates with. She has strong family roots and enjoys family time as well as listening to modern reboots of traditional Tongan music.

Linda enjoys watching movies, eating Chinese food, and has been heard playing the drums on occasion.
