Dan Brennan, LCSW

Dan Brennan is a residential therapist at West Ridge Academy. He has many years of experience working with a variety of people and families as a therapist for Utah’s Department of Human Services under the divisions of Child and Family Services and Juvenile Justice Services.

Dan graduated from the University of Utah where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology with emphasis in Criminology and Corrections. He returned to school later in his career where again he graduated from the University of Utah with a Masters of Social Work. Before his college years, Dan served in the U.S. Army and values the experiences he had while serving.

Dan says he enjoys working at West Ridge Academy because he gets to meet such promising and wonderful youth and their families.

In his off time, Dan enjoys playing a round or two of golf. He is an avid fisherman and always looking for the perfect fishing hole. He enjoys a good game of pool too.
